Why clients stay
A team small enough to answer the phone
There is no account manager here. The person who takes your requirement is the person who writes the code and the person who picks up the phone when something breaks at 9pm. Nothing gets lost between a salesperson, a project manager and a developer, because there is no chain to lose it in.
